What does "Mosaic Theory" actually mean here?
Mosaic theory is the discipline of building investment views from many small, individually-non-material pieces of public and private information. Our product is named for the workflow it supports: analysts assembling defensible views across hundreds of disparate sources, with every retrieval traceable back to the underlying document.
Do you train your models on our data?
No. We never train foundation models on tenant data, and embeddings are never shared across tenants. Each tenant's index is encrypted under keys scoped to that tenant. On Enterprise, you may supply your own KMS or HSM keys so we cannot read your data without your participation.
Where is the data hosted?
The Entry tier is hosted in EU jurisdiction, with all data encrypted at rest and in transit. The Enterprise tier is being built to run in Switzerland on a sovereign cloud partner under Swiss data-protection law, with the option of a private-network deployment, reachable only over customer VPN, for the most sensitive customers. Specific infrastructure providers are disclosed in the data-processing agreement.
Why should we trust a small company like Senex with our research?
Two reasons. First, the architecture: every claim on this page is something we put in the data-processing agreement, and every retrieval is independently auditable. Bring your compliance officer to the demo — we'd rather have the conversation upfront. Second, our death: vendor risk is the unspoken fear with any small vendor — what happens if Senex goes bust? We've architected for that. Your encrypted data lives under keys you control, the contract includes a 6-month read-only continuity mode, and the runtime is held in code escrow. We'd rather you sleep at night because of how we've designed our own failure than because we promised we won't fail.
When can we get access?
Entry tier is in active beta with paying pilot customers today. Enterprise / Swiss-sovereign deployment is under active development; we are taking design-partner conversations now.
